The White House announced Thursday that President Donald Trump is making good on his promise to give his children a new job.
Trump will make $20 million a year for five years, plus a bonus for one of his sons, Jared and Donald Jr., and one of Ivanka Trump’s siblings.
He’ll also get $1 million for the first three years of his presidency.
The president’s announcement was made just hours after Trump signed an executive order reviving the Federal Communications Commission, which had been put on hold amid the Mueller investigation.
The president also signed a bill restoring a ban on certain kinds of military equipment for civilian employees, as a response to an outcry over the use of soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The orders are part of Trump’s ongoing effort to revive a national security legacy he had ended by firing FBI Director James Comey in May.
As for the president’s sister and his sister- in-law, they’ll get a $2,500 bonus and a $5,000 bonus each.
Trump’s eldest son, Donald Jr, and his brother, Jared Kushner, will get $50,000 for three years, $10,000 each for two years, and $3,000 apiece for one year.
